littlezz asked:
I am considering volunteering at a local hospital during the summer, but I want to major/get a job in medicine.
I think of volunteering at a hospital more as a “doctor” kind of volunteering, rather than something like a pharmacist.
Would volunteering at a pharmacy look better on my resume instead, because it is more medicine orientated?
Or do colleges not mind?
Thanks.

Should I take a couple of general ed classes to get them out of the way or should I take some pre-nursing courses like microbiology, A&P I&II, or pathophysiology to get ahead? I know that pre-nursing courses take a lot of time, especially in the summer but I don’t do anything at all in the summer besides sleep and at the end of the summer I feel like it was just a waste. What do you think?

I will be attending summer classes and I know it will be intense coursework, not to mention HOT.
